Qi Gong combines systematic stretching exercises of reflex areas in Chinese medicine (meridians) with breathing exercises and meditative elements. Qi Gong includes numerous styles and methods that can be practiced at home while standing, sitting, or lying down.
In our practice, Qi Gong is taught in individual sessions, usually combined with Tui Na or acupuncture. This allows it to be tailored to your specific diagnosis, distinguishing it from group exercises. Thus you will receive a highly effective self-treatment concept in our practice.
