Chinese Nutrition Science

Chinese Dietetic is always individual and depends on the patient's constitution and the current disease. Nevertheless, there are some general recommendations.

These initially concern the environment of the food and the general attitude towards it. Eating should be a source of joy and express high culture. Indulgence excludes time pressure.

From the perspective of the Chinese Medicine , also mental elements have to be digested. Pay attention to the right balance and the best quality for both the mental and physical food.

In China, 21 hot meals per week are normal, cold drinks are never taken.

The healthy diet begins with a warm porridge for breakfast.

In addition to the general avoidance of excess, indigestible food, especially raw vegetables, milk and dairy products should only be taken in small amounts.

We will gladly provide you with an individual nutrition guide, based on a Chinese diagnosis.
